Alexandre Demard is a highly talented and experienced chef originally from France, who has made a name for himself across Asia. With years of experience and an undeniable passion for his craft, he has become a highly sought-after chef in the hospitality industry. He has been living in Thailand for several years, and later on joined "Oxygen Dining Room" at X2 Chiang Mai Riverside Resort where he is well known for his finely honed cooking techniques and elaborate plating, and had been specialized in french cuisine for over 15 years.

During his culinary time in Thailand, he has earned several well accredited awards including The winner of ‘Iron Chef’ Thailand, The winner of ‘So Amazing Chefs 2018, Thailand (Jury Award), and Thailand Tatler’s Best Restaurants Guide for Oxygen Dining Room. Currently, he is on a role of Group Executive Chef for Tolani Hotels & Resorts supervising and managing numbers of successful restaurants in Thailand.

About Chef Benjamin Bensadoun:

Born and raised in Lyon, his passion on culinary was passed through from generations. He started his career in 2003 as a Pastry Chef with Chocolate Master M.O.F stephane Tranchant, then studied at Escoffier College where he earned couples of years cooking and Practicing Catering and Cold cuts making. He Continued to study Cook apprentice and joined the 2 Michelin Starred restaurant “Auberge de Fond Rose“ led By Chef Gerard Vignat. He won the Best Apprentice caterer in France in 2007 M.A.F following chef like Guy Lassausaie (M.O.F). At the age of 23 years old, Chef Benjamin traveled Asia and explore the wolrd of Asian gastronomy before moving back to Europe to sharpen his techniques with Nicolas Issnard, 1-Michelin star chef, and Chef Herve Rodriguez, 1-Michelin Star chef, a chef patron at his own chef tables in Saigon, Vietnam. Hi, I am joe. I've been cooking for over 20 years, ever since I went to study culinary arts in Japan. I’ve been cooking for my own businesses for about 5 years.

My father, who is from Hong Kong, has been running a Hong Kong-style dessert store for over 40 years in China Town. He has been cooking and baking ever since he was a kid. I learned how to cook from Chef Ian and Chef Knock from Cuisine Concepts.

I wanted to reinvent fine dining to appeal to everyone, of all lifestyles and ages. I didn’t want it to be just for couples and business meetings. I wanted it to appeal to everyone in the family, from little kids, to adults, to the older generation.
